1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 lb (450 g) cubed chicken, lamb, or pork
2 cups mixed vegetables, your choice
- Combine seasoning and oil in a bowl or resealable bag, add your choice of meat, and coat well. Let marinate in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread meat and vegetables onto 12" Metal Skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium and lightly brush with oil to prevent sticking. Place skewers on grill and cook 6–8 minutes each side until cooked through.
- Place skewers onto a large platter. Using a 2-in-1 Citrus Press, squeeze lemon or lime overtop and serve.
