2 lbs (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp oil
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Meanwhile, cut chicken into pieces. Coat chicken with oil. Place crumb mix in a resealable plastic bag.
- Add one piece of chicken at a time, shaking gently until evenly coated. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15–17 min or until cooked through.
For extra flavor, coat chicken pieces with your favorite prepared Epicure dip, then coat with crumb mixture.
